Cancellation Policy
To book your appointment, a valid card is required on file.

• 48-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

• Late Cancellations/Rescheduling:

  • Less than 48 hours notice: 25% of the service price will be charged.

  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the service price will be charged.

  • This policy ensures fairness for our business and other clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Weather Policy and Service Details

If weather conditions prevent us from providing mobile detailing, we may need to reschedule your appointment or ask you to bring your vehicle to our shop.

A $25 mobile service fee applies in addition to the cost of the detailing service. For locations more than 20 miles outside city limits, additional travel charges may apply.

Please note: All paint correction services are performed in our shop only.
